no and you'd need to merge our custom Caffe. If your changes to Caffe are public and useful to many, it'd be best to PR against our custom Caffe or to open an issue so that we can decide ourselves to merge them.

Thanks, good to know. I wanted to use the very recent R-FCN object detector https://github.com/Orpine/py-R-FCN with deepdetect. I noticed you have SSD. The layers are somewhat different for R-FCN. Maybe I should just use SSD (the performance is not so great though).

I am having some issue with cmake and anaconda as the python interpreter. /usr/bin/cmake: /home/siddharth/anaconda/lib/libssl.so.1.0.0: no version information available (required by /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcurl.so.4). If i disable anaconda (change name of directory), I am able to compile. Is this expected?
I have anaconda version 4.2.13

I reverted to conda 4.2.9 and compile is successful
