@beniz . Update on using 299x299 image in the demo imgdetect from Tensorflow. As long as the service creation has the proper size, no need to change in the main.js. Example below. "parameters":{
"input":{
"connector":"image",
"height": 299,
"width": 299
},

@beniz, on the imgsearch.py. the script might hit a bug in openCV. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/31996367/opencv-resize-fails-on-large-image-with-error-215-ssize-area-0-in-funct/32032784. The search returns a negative number. E /home/wsun/deepdetect/src/services.h:478] service imageserv mllib bad param: /build/buildd/opencv-2.4.8+dfsg1/modules/imgproc/src/imgwarp.cpp:1824: error: (-215) ssize.area() > 0 in function resize
-215. Which caused the index process to failed as
0/595Traceback (most recent call last):

Have you had this kind of issue when you run imgsearch.py on ilsvrc12 images in n01440764? Thank you very much.

Make sure your image can actually be reached or does exist. There's no error handling in the image search demo.
