Benedikt Berger
@bergben
what is your concern about it?
thanks for helping me find a solution btw :+1:
Brett
@Bretto
I don't have much experience with the router and the animation atm so it's hard for me to tell what it can and cannot do...
Benedikt Berger
@bergben
I see
Well I will try to implement those enhancements ASAP and get back to you here once it's done
Brett
@Bretto
Ok cool I look foward to it :)
Brett
@Bretto
For: "In this case the entering animation would be delayed by 500 ms, allowing the leaving animation which takes 500ms to complete". Have a look at this example, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_jxEC0hWcA&t=484s https://github.com/designcourse/angular-auth-demo it doesn't need the delay to show the :leave anim
Benedikt Berger
@bergben
I'll check that out thanks @Bretto !
AusIV
@AusIV
Hey @bergben ! I've been tinkering with your ng2-file-input, and it looks pretty cool. It's working just fine with Systemjs, but when I tried to bundle with Rollup it's unable o find ng2-file-input. I see you have a rollup config for the project itself, but is there any chance you have an example Rollup config for a project that depends on ng2-file-input?
Benedikt Berger
@bergben
Hey there @AusIV ! Unfortunately I don't have an example for that but maybe I can try that tomorrow if I find the time! :)
AusIV
@AusIV
That would be greatly appreciated. I'll keep poking around at it, and if I get through it I'll let you know.
Benedikt Berger
@bergben
Hey @AusIV could you share your rollup.config.js ?
AusIV
@AusIV
In my app.module.ts I have:
import { Ng2FileInputModule } from 'ng2-file-input';
and then I get the vague error:
🚨 Could not resolve 'ng2-file-input' from /home/aroberts/Projects/ng-quickstart/src/app/app.module.js
Benedikt Berger
@bergben

oh nevermind I think I found the bug
https://github.com/bergben/ng2-file-input/blob/master/package.json#L10
this should be "module": "./dist/ng2-file-input.js",

I will release a new version in a few minutes which should resolve this issue

copy paste error :worried: sorry about the inconvenience
AusIV
@AusIV
Thank you! Glad to know it wasn't just me. I'm not terribly familiar with the internals of Rollup, and it wasn't clear why it wouldn't find it.
Benedikt Berger
@bergben
I just tested it with version "ng2-file-input": "^0.1.11",, should work now. Thanks for reaching out to me about this issue @AusIV
AusIV
@AusIV
And thank you for sharing your work!
That fixes my build. Thanks a bunch!
Benedikt Berger
@bergben
Glad to hear that @AusIV

@bergben
@Bretto Just a heads up for the changes we talked about: bergben/ng2-page-transition#6
Brett
@Bretto
Good job, I think we ll have to wait for ng-conf...
jymdman
@jymdman
Hi! Any plans to upgrade ng2-img-max to angular ^4.0.0 ?
Benedikt Berger
@bergben
Hey there @jymdman . It should actually work for angular 4.x -> see http://plnkr.co/edit/HRi5rQEDCBZb59a0lcPe?p=info :)
jymdman
@jymdman
Yeah, I know it works. I've actually already updated my project to angular 4. But it would be nice to get rid of those warnings when doing npm install... 😜
Benedikt Berger
@bergben
@jymdman i see :D Yea I am planning to publish a renamed ngx-version in the next two weeks or so
jymdman
@jymdman
Great! Thank you for your work! :)
Brett
@Bretto
With the shiny new 4.2.0-rc2 animations it should be simple to do a transition between pages, but as you guest it I can't find a way to do it ! I have create this plunkr http://plnkr.co/edit/aYx8BUSwvUHzJXI0Vaqg?p=preview to show my struggle... I think the issue is because I am using the same component in my routes but this is such a common scenario that there must be a way to get this to work...

I would just like to say here that I love this, thank you so much!

@tasoskakour

Hey guys. Awesome work!

I have a quick question regarding the "text" property of the Images object.

For my Images I want the text property to have line breaks ('\n') and to actually show it on the browser.

I see that in .ng2-igl-text CSS, you have white-space: nowrap.

Is it possible for me, to customize it to pre-wrap, or pre-line, in order to show the line breaks ('\n') on my browser?

Thanks in advance, and again awesome work!

tasoskakour
@tasoskakour
PS: So sorry... My question is regarding the ng2-image-gallery project. :smile:
Benedikt Berger
@bergben
Hi @tasoskakour :) Sure you can modify / overwrite the CSS in whatever way you like! :+1:

@hiepxanh
anyone get this error ??
image.png
how to resolve that ?! what wrong with my system :(
Carlos Arturo
@CarlosArturoMe
Hi guys! awesome work with ng-2-file-input; i have a question: who can I make the input file to search for only videos in the OS file explorer? or to only expect audio files?
thanks in advice!
Benedikt Berger
@bergben
Hey @CarlosArturoFyuler sorry for the late answer. You can do that by using the extensions option as seen here: https://github.com/bergben/ng2-file-input#available-options
Carlos Arturo
@CarlosArturoMe
sure @bergben i've tried it, but it valids after the file is selected from the OS explorer, sending a message "invalid extension".
I was wishing that the file explorer only seeks for image, for example.. I supose its only possible via the input media provided by the browser. Thanks for your reply =)

AndreyLapchik
@AndreyLapchik
Hi, is it normal that your resizing function takes about 30s on my pretty old smartphone, (approximately 10s on a recent one)
I am on Angular 6 btw.
AndreyLapchik
@AndreyLapchik
I found another function that does the job in less than a second.
Am I doing something bad or is there room for improvements ?

@that_coder_twitter
@bergben Hello
Are you planning to upgrade "ng2-img-max" to angular 7?
Gustavo Cagnin
@gtcdevop
Hey Guys.. are you still searching for maintainer, what is the next required feature
Benedikt Berger
@bergben
Hey @gtcdevop ;) Yes, still searching. Would be great to get your help -> please have a look at the open issues in the repos
