I'm working in a synthetic biology group at VTT (Finland) and I am interested in the use of neo4j to integrate biological data. I came across your project "bio4j" and I would like to test it but I don't want to use Amazon and I find a bit confusing the documentation to get starting.
It says... If you are not using AWS please go directly to step 4. I understand the step 5 but the step 5: Get these files:
how can I get this file?
Im not familiar with amazon services
No one there.. maybe it is too late
or too early

About neo4j
We moved to Titan ~2 years ago

like whether you need to use Neo4j
or Titan would be OK
what kind of stuff you're working on
