@bernt-matthias I've already rebuilt bowtie2 for the corrected TBB pinning. We and conda-forge are building against TBB 2020.

@dpryan79 OK. Then I guess we only need to rebuild metaphlan. Thanks.

Anyone know why bioconda/bioconda-recipes#28011 fails to merge?
Devon Ryan
@dpryan79
@EdHarry I'll have a look
OK, it's a small error in the bot, I'll merge it in for now so the standard uploader can run.

@dpryan79 it seems this problem also occurs here: bioconda/bioconda-recipes#28031
so it seems a general one?
Ed Harry
@EdHarry
Thanks @dpryan79
Devon Ryan
@dpryan79
@bgruening yes, it's a general issue. The bot can't upload the packages at the moment (it does upload the docker containers).
Sounds like it'll get fixed quite quickly (I pinged Marcel) :)

oh I was inspecting the other side, I assumed its the Container side
but this looks indeed ok

Hello, still having issues with my PR (bioconda/bioconda-recipes#28019).
Check for Linux is OK, but check for macos fails and mentions Don't know how to find lib/liblrez.dylib, skipping.
However, when reading the log, it seems like the library was compiled correctly.
I'm not familiar with macos at all so I don't have any idea what to do here?

I'm looking into writing a recipe for nextclade - nextclade is a NPM package... so it has not source in the conventional (conda) sense. Rather the build script does npm install -g @neherlab/nextclade
so it breaks the stable url and sha256 items in the checklist

how can I (on the command line) lint 1 specific recipe?

@dpryan79
@pvanheusden:matrix.org bioconda-utils lint --packages some_recipe I think

Hi everyone, I'm trying to access CI build logs and I'm finding that I cannot without logging in to CircleCI and granting at least public access. Is there any other form of access or is login now mandatory?

@renato_alves:matrix.org Either I had been previously logged in to CircleCI and accidentally got logged out and noticed then, or this changed almost a year ago. Agreed that needing to log in just to read build logs is pretty annoying.

On a different note, as I'm a little out of date on recent changes, could one of the more active members review and merge bioconda/bioconda-recipes#28084 ?
Build is passing so I think all is well but asking for another pair of eyes in case it should be done differently.

And one more, is there currently any notification mechanism in place for when a package is blacklisted? Does this rely on the recipe maintainer metadata, git history, something else?

Hi everyone. I'm still having troubles with that pull request (bioconda/bioconda-recipes#28019). I have gotten a lot of help from @mbargull already, but it seems like we both fail to understand what's wrong here.

The problem is that the MacOS check fails, and mentions dyld: Library not loaded: /Users/distiller/project/miniconda/conda-bld/lrez_1618845287025/work/liblrez.dylib when attempting to run the binary. However, it seems like the library does get compiled correctly during the previous steps of the build. I've been stuck on that for almost a week now, and it seems like both Marcel and I fail to understand what's wrong with that lib. If anyone has experience with such building errors on MacOS, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'll have a proper look at @morispi's macOS problem. When running bioconda-utils build locally, is there a recommended way to stop it from deleting the build directory (or stop it from deleting anything really)?
