Hello, I wish to work on the project idea "3D rendering of multi-layered pathways in ApiNATOMY". I have some experience in javascript, jQuery and d3.js. Can someone guide me on how I should get started?

@apoorvnandan: ping the mentors from ApiNATOMY directly if you have questions about this project
If you have technical issues or questions - this gitter / irc chat is the correct place ;-)
Your first step should be to setup ApiNATOMY locally - the guide for this is at their github repository

Hey all. Yesterday I started io-ratings - the idea is to flag deficiency components and to warn the user that a component doesn't fullfil our standards. In the future we could also use those flags for super amazing, components, but for now we want to focus on tagging the insufficient ones. Our very first approach to tag a component is with biojs-io-sam - here for non-existent documentation. So my question to you all is what other categories should we introduce for io-ratings? And as always you are highly encouraged to help out and make PRs ;-)
