I'm taking a look at biojs/registry-ui. Is there any reason why there are both conf files for gulp and grunt? It looks like package.json lacks grunt-contrib-watch and grunt-protractor-runner dependencies. Can I remove the gulpfile.js and add those dependencies? I want to make sure I'm not missing anything

@emepyc: No you can't remove the gulpfile, but you could remove the gruntfile.
At the "birth" of the registry I added some protractor tests and therefore I used the gruntfile, however afaik they are broken anyway at the moment

No problem, I just wanted to make sure I don't remove the right one :-)

And btw the gulpfile is only needed to ship a compressed and minimized version to biojs.io
