@gebidesign We actually discuss quite a few topics in terms of how memory is handled, even a state machine example showing == vs ===

Do you have plans to talk about node.js?
Question: Which ECMAScript are you going to teach us?
Mauricio Sanchez Duque
Is it possible to get a copy of the slides you use for your lectures?
I know a little of Python, do you think that can help me understanding JS?
Are we going to create Apps? calling different APIs.. etc?
Experience Level: Really Basic JS and even more Basic JQuery, need to get better in ethier or both :smile:
I've been working with js for some time but I want to improve it. Thanks for the training and I'm looking forward the next ones.
@ManuH of course! Be sure to attend the first few weeks of these free sessions as we’re starting from the ground up in the language
@alexisabril great!! I'm really looking forward to it! thank you
Thank you Alexis and Justin! This course will be AMAZING I can bet that!
@Zurc I concur :)
@Alexisvt Not specifically NodeJS, however how JS functions as a language in terms of theory will be the same. We won’t specifically be touching Node APIs in this series though
Alexis Villegas Torres
@alexisabril Thanks! :)
@Zurc Typically our talks are ES5, however we do touch a few notes on ES6 capabilities when applicable.
Justin has caught up to my typing ;)
Are we going to build Apps?
Are you going to cover JS MVC frameworks in this course?
hehe, now I know my name wouldn't work for freelance in the US :) looking forward for future lessons, so far I'm glad it's not going to be yet another js for dummies type of course.
Will there be homework? :sparkles:
looking forward to closures section, where i have been hitting brick walls
Hi Justin - will these sessions be recorded for viewing later?
Looks like there are people from very different backgrounds and different programming skill levels, do you think it could be a good idea to split the course?
that's a better idea!
@alexisabril that would be fantastic (re: homework)
@jbarnicle I believe you will be able to find them both on the Bitovi Google+ page and in the YouTube channel. At least, that's how it has worked in the past.
Can you guys provide your twitter handles and anything else you want to share?
