@mhancoc7 Bludit PRO v3.12.0 released!
@vasuratanpara interesting, I will check for my self. Regarding to DevTheme I don't see why not you can not use it
PlayBox Tech
@PlayBoxTech
Hey all, are there any plugins available that would allow Bludit to be a podcast hosting site? ie: can handle mp3 attachments etc?
Jereme Hancock
@mhancoc7
@dignajar Awesome! Thank you so much! I also have some minor improvement requests. I will put in an issue on GitHub but basically would like to add the async parameter to included JavaScript files. Doing that has improved the Page Insights score quite a bit for my https://pilab.dev
Jereme Hancock
@mhancoc7
@vasuratanpara Thank you for pointing out darkmode.js. I have started to implement on my site https://pilab.dev. still have some things to tweak, but so far it is working well

Hello guys! Why does google index these url addresses? (bl-content/uploads/pages/). What I have to do is google not index these urls?

Does no one know why this is so?...

Hello, I have a Question. In EasyMDE editor, I tried to use the Grammarly browser add-on, but don't work in the EasyMDE editor. Any idea if I should do any configuration in the plugin? Note: Grammarly work in TinyMCE Editor.

Is it possible to upload .md files via FTP as content?
[ Boris Leonardo, Ph.D. ] 🦅
@BorisAlmonacid_twitter
@sorencph_twitter let me try, one second.
image.png
@sorencph_twitter There are a number of files that are modified by the bludit kernel when saving content (see Figure), you can expect a second opinion, in case there is a valid option.
Diego Najar
@dignajar
you need to upload the file and add the entry to the database bl-content/databases/pages.php
Diego Najar
@dignajar
@kosi777 I answered in the forum, but Google is indexing that URL because you have uploaded an image to the page, that place is where the images are uploaded.

Does anyone have valid contacts of this guy - "cajzer"? He created few plugins for Bludit, but not applying m translations =(

@mhancoc7 Yeah, I wrote an email, but no answer.

@mhancoc7
@hide-me Gotcha. Well there is a lot going on in the world right now. Hopefully they will get back to you soon.

@dignajar
Hi, no idea, but you can ask in EasyMDE github https://github.com/Ionaru/easy-markdown-editor
Jatan Vyas
@jatanvyas
Hi everyone! First-poster here... Just wanted to ask if there was any way to create page collections? Say, using subpages or subcategories?
Tried changing the "parent" of the page, didn't help
Diego Najar
@dignajar
Yes with the option parent you can create subpages
Jatan Vyas
@jatanvyas
@dignajar Changing the parent just seems to change the hyperlink. What I want is to create a list of subpages within a page.
Jereme Hancock
@mhancoc7
Is there a way to create a page that will not be present in my the blog or static pages? In other words is there a way to create a page that can only be found by direct link?
boogiewoo
@boogiewoo
asking myself the same...again =)
Did you guys noticed the flickering background image on the https://html5up.net/massively theme while scrolling the page? Any idea how to get rid of it?
Jereme Hancock
@mhancoc7
I don't see the flicker on my Android phone at least
boogiewoo
@boogiewoo
yeah it's the background image on the left and right of the desktop view
Steen Jakobsen
@lightmat
@boogiewoo - I also don't see the flicker. Which device are you using, and which browser?
boogiewoo
@boogiewoo

latest firefox and chrome
I made you a video https://d.pr/v/yO6HHp

its not realy flickering but i dont know the word =)

Jereme Hancock
@mhancoc7
I just tried using chromium on linux with no flicker or whatever it is. :)
@dignajar Any thoughts on adding an option to use Tiny PNG for compressing images? It would be awesome to be able to add your API key into the Bludit admin and then have all images compressed using it. This would especially be great for the thumbnails. I have been on a mission to optimize https://pilab.dev lately and I have had to go in and manually compress all the thumbnails. Saved me a ton on load time though.
Diego Najar
@dignajar
@mhancoc7 the library I did for Bludit support compression but when you upload an image is uploaded original size and quality
with the parameters imageQuality you can change the compressions
for sure is not the best compression, but could do the job
and you need to change the code here to add the compression, https://github.com/bludit/bludit/blob/master/bl-kernel/functions.php#L884-L887
like I did here for the thumbnails which support compression. https://github.com/bludit/bludit/blob/master/bl-kernel/functions.php#L894-L896
@jatanvyas subpages contain the parent link, is not possible to do a subpage without the parent name, if you really want to do it you need to add some rewrite rules to your webserver, but is going to be static
Diego Najar
@dignajar
@boogiewoo the image is just a jpg in the theme, you can find it here, https://github.com/bludit-themes/massively/tree/master/images
the file name is bg.jpg, is just a demo, you can change it for the image your want or just remove it from the CSS code
boogiewoo
@boogiewoo
thanks for the answer. but the question is more like how to change the behavior. did you see it scrolling smoothy?
Jereme Hancock
@mhancoc7
@dignajar Thanks man. I am trying to incorporate this: https://tinypng.com/developers/reference/php
just want to have the thumbnails compressed using tinypng. Having a hard time integrating it. Been a while since I did much real PHP
David Blake
@BlakesHeaven

Hi, I am looking at this bit of code from the Simple Stats plugin

<nav>
     <div class="nav nav-tabs" id="nav-tab" role="tablist">
        <a class="nav-item nav-link active" id="nav-stats-chart-tab" data-toggle="tab" href="#nav-stats-chart" role="tab" aria-controls="nav-stats-chart" aria-selected="true">' . $data['tabTitleChart'] .'</a>
        <a class="nav-item nav-link" id="nav-stats-table-tab" data-toggle="tab" href="#nav-stats-table" role="tab" aria-controls="nav-stats-table" aria-selected="false">' . $data['tabTitleTable'] .'</a>
     </div>
</nav>

I'm extending it out to include another chart and I need to force a browser window.resize to work around an issue filling the bars, detailed here:
gionkunz/chartist-js#119

I know I'd put something into the script area:

        <script>
        new Chartist.Bar(".ct-chart-content", {
          labels: ' . json_encode(array_keys($data['data'])) . ',
          series: ' . json_encode(array_values($data['data'])) . '
        }, {
          distributeSeries: true
        });
        </script>';

But what exactly - can anyone help please?
Is this bootstrap or angler or what?
It seems the code differs for each.
Here's one solution offered:
https://jsbin.com/bawofakogu/1/edit?html,css,js,output

Thanks.
