@bluescarni uff ....
So you propose to change to rtd?
It does look better in terms of breathe "compatibility"

not necessarily, I am just saying that if we want to fix it we need to diagnose it properly
breathe just uses sphinx markup, the same looks for pure python code

well changing the theme css stuff is horrible and beats the purpose of using pre-cooked stuff ...

I tried to look a bit yesterday if there were options related to code documentation formatting, but apparently all options in the bootstrap theme are about toolbars and related eyecandy
I mean I don't mind too much, I am just saying that rather than introducing horizontal rulers everywhere just to patch the look I'd endure the current look
it's like inserting manual newlines and pagebreaks in latex :)

agree, at the end I like bootstrap, but I do not mind the rtd option too

I also agree that bootstrap looks better
for non-code I mean
it would just need a bit of indentation and maybe some different style for methods vs class documentation
that would make it a lot better already
https://europeanspaceagency.gitlab.io/PaGMOreborn/docs/problems/rastrigin.html I mean why the hell are the names of the methods the same size as the class

yep ... indeed is one epsilon to being good
But hey, do we want to go into this wasp nest? Changing to rtd is one line ... I am tempted

Francesco Biscani

there language-latex for the syntax highlighting, and then another package to compile directly from atom via ctrl+alt+b

If you know how to use Gentoo I guess its the better option ...
It was not my case :(

the compile times are a bit painful, and the problem on the lappy is that it's getting less powerful comparatively, and it gets harder and harder to do other stuff while compiling due to the lack of memory
on the desktop with 16GB it's still ok
but boy what a difference does the ssd make
I have 256GB SSD mounted on /, plus 1TB HDD mounted on /home
holy crap that startup time :D
