Yes, Metabench can do runtime and compile-time benchmarks. The runtime benchmarks are very rough, though. It can basically tell you whether there’s a significant difference in the codegen between two metaprogramming techniques, but not much more. That’s what it was built for.
Do you mean state in Metabench’s README that it’s only usable on GCC / Clang ?

Technically that’s not the case, it should work with any compiler. But you have to use CMake’s Makefile generator
Oh.. It’s already in the documentation.

That table actually looks familiar. Maybe I just didn't think about VC++ when I saw that ^^°
