Sending good energy and snacks to all Brightway hackathon teams! If you aren't here this year, hope to see you in the future - there are a few surprises for hackathon participants :)
SURVEYS! We are curious to get some feedback from all of you! Teaching: teaching.brightcon.link Conference: survey.brightcon.link Hackathon: tired.brightcon.link
Hackathon participants: We have a 100% discount code for a 1 year personal subscription to all JetBrains tools to raffle.
Here's the way to win it: a) tweet @brightcon_media a picture of your minifigure / bricks creation during the hackathon to participate in the raflle. b) we'll randomly pick your name from a physical bowl, located in the room, with your names :)

Hi guys, does anyone know how to open the graphical modeling interface (similar to gabi) in openlca? We saw it in the presentation of Michael Srocka.

Hi @Haitham-ghaida , for Windows you just download the zip folder from https://www.openlca.org/download/, open the zip, and then run the .EXE file, no need to install anything else. There are other tabs for the other OS with instructions as well. It's semi intuitive to use, and in differences to brightway you first have to define all "system units" and "units" before being able to define anything else; then all flows incluiding the product themselves of process need to be defined.

A take-home message for me was to apply the FAIR principles to LCI data. Any suggestions for where to host/submit datasets? @agneta20

Zenodo provide good hosting, long-term promises, and DOIs. That is where e.g. exiobase is.

@SanderNielen First check the project you work with if they have a data management plan. Ensure that there is an agreement on the requirements with respect to open access and licenses in general. And then general data repositories such as zenodo, figshare, mendeley provide doi's long term hosting and licensing etc.
