    slack-bot (on IRC): [aledsage] I think it’s worth having a voice call for all those interested, and then summarising our thoughts on dev@brooklyn mailing list.

    alexheneveld (on IRC): 1330 it is. i’ve also just noticed ConfigKey differentiates between getTypeInheritance() and getParentInheritance() — learning what that’s about now

    "Is it possible to do validation of the input received for a config key, in yaml?"
    I think the answer to this is no, right?

    @ilgrosso
    Hi there, I am quite new to Brooklyn: at the CHOReVOLUTION project we are using it to manage the whole deployment
    As we need to add some endpoints to the REST interface, is there any best practice around? At the moment we are just adding our classes to the Brooklyn codebase - which does not look particularly fancy

    FYI I have created https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BROOKLYN-353 for this question
