Laurent Kempé
@laurentkempe
@gep13 I try to not forget ;)
Anyone seen the xamarin workbooks demo, would be cool to get the same auto-completion for cake scripts!
Rodney Littles II
@RLittlesII
@laurentkempe Xamarin workbooks demo was awesome.
Laurent Kempé

Rodney Littles II
@RLittlesII
@patriksvensson how was the VSCode cake support done? What is the best path forward for auto complete? What does it take to get Visual Studio to reckognize Cake's awesomeness?!
@Redth I downloaded it yesterday with Xam Studio 6, Xam updates brought my IDE back to 5.10.3 :worried:
Patrik Svensson
@patriksvensson
@RLittlesII Omnisharp integration without doubt
Jonathan Dick
@Redth
:( i can’t afford to be switching channels around until may
Rodney Littles II
@RLittlesII
@patriksvensson Okay. That’s good to know.
Laurent Kempé
@laurentkempe
@patriksvensson did you ever checked scriptcs before implementing cake?
Gary Ewan Park
@gep13
@/all you can hear @devlead and I talking about Cake on the recent episode of MS Dev Show here: http://msdevshow.com/2016/04/cakebuild-with-mattias-karlsson-and-gary-ewan-park/
Dave Glick
@daveaglick
@gep13 Awesome - love that podcast
Gary Ewan Park
@gep13
@daveaglick Yip, Jason and Carl do a great job!
Patrik Svensson
@patriksvensson
@laurentkempe yes i did.
Laurent Kempé
@laurentkempe
@patriksvensson and why did you choose not to base on it?
@gep13 Nice I keep it for my jogging tomorrow :smile:
Patrik Svensson
@patriksvensson
@laurentkempe peoblems with bootstrapping
And also wanted control over internals
Wanted a Fake-like experience for it.
Laurent Kempé
@laurentkempe
:point_up: March 23, 2016 6:30 PM @patriksvensson I think we have found the issue with my colleague @lionelplessis about the exception of the file which is locked
Gary Ewan Park
@gep13
@laurentkempe what was the issue?
Here there is resultsFile.Open(FileMode.Open) !
Gary Ewan Park
@gep13

Laurent Kempé
@laurentkempe

I will open a bug
Gary Ewan Park
@gep13
yip, please do
we have an open HotFix Branch just now, so we can put a fix for this into there as well

it will likely be the same issue
Laurent Kempé

Is it possible to have credentials defined for NuGetRestorer from some sources?
I am trying to restore nugets from AppVeyor Account
Laurent Kempé
@laurentkempe
Ok I should search better :smile:
Found it
Patrik Svensson
@patriksvensson
@laurentkempe Excellent :)
Laurent Kempé
@laurentkempe
Does anyone had any issues running R# Inspection on AppVeyor with Cake? I get "Process is terminated due to StackOverflowException."
Gary Ewan Park
@gep13
@laurentkempe what version of the ReSharper Command Line Tools are you using?
Patrik Svensson
@patriksvensson
Hmm. Is Cake terminating?
Gary Ewan Park
@gep13
@laurentkempe by the way, since you are running on AppVeyor, I would be curious what your thoughts are on this: https://github.com/gep13/resharperreports and the HTML reports that it generates. If a violation is detected, clicking on the link in the generated report should take you directly to that line of code within Visual Studio (assuming you have the TeamCity Extension for Visual Studio installed)
@laurentkempe and to answer your main question, yes, I have done this. Here is an example build: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/GaryEwanPark/resharperreports/build/0.3.0-PullRequest.16+7%20(Build%2030)#L222
granted, that was from a while ago, as I haven't been back to that codebase yet
Laurent Kempé
@laurentkempe
@patriksvensson I get the following in the log
