otfcc's input is JSON and the CFF content, including all DICTs and charstrings are directly built from the outline.

Usually you use a pfb as a source file when you compile a font.

yeah, it is for makeotf
but for otfcc, it is not.

I meant if you use the optimized postscript commands in the source already, makeOTF will use them. They don't do anything about that.

the entire CFF table is built directly from outline represented in JSON
no Postscript in the input
the input records the “final result” you'd like to achieve, i mean, outlines, hints, and masks (also, references for TTF).
