there are many “pointers” in OTL tables.
And the new writer will try to share data as more as possible.
I just move the pointers to the shared record.
So the semantics is exactly the same.

I have a very strict roundtrip test and it passes the test.
btw, I can actually share data ACROSS the lookups.
that is, a pointer (offset field) in lookup A can point to a record in lookup B

But, this is not enabled now.
because the total length of lookups may be large, causing pointers to overflow.
