    As far as I know @maqilin6753123 The Visual Studio extension is outdated and doesn't work

    It works fine :) All you need to do is to add mos.exe to PATH variable

    Hello everyone. I'm stuck with an ATECC608A. I set the sample config file and lock the config/data zone. I re-provisionned the chip with the command : mos aws-iot-setup --use-atca .... The process succeed but when i check the log, there is a invalid SSL key error. When I check the config device for the mqtt section, there is "ssl_key": "ATCA:0" as it suppose to be. Do you have any ideas ? Maybe it's because of the re-provision. Thank you in advance for your help.

    There is dead circle...why...
    Sergio R. Caprile
    @scaprile
    Your +COPS=0 command is failing, either the module does not support that syntax or whatever, including hardware issues. I commented on a similar thread on the forum, and there are perhaps others, search for them.
    Sergio R. Caprile
    @scaprile
    Syntax seems to be correct, and the other messages inform the module is auto selecting the operator; it could be hw issues or just the module sending unexpected result codes.
    The PPP handshake may or may not be initiating, you are not connecting within the expected time frame and so there is a retry. Check the forum for debugging tips.

    @DrBomb
    There are a lot of variability and the pppos lib is not the complete solution it could be. I would suggest running the AT+COPS outside of PPPoS, perhaps with a test firmware, to see the actual output. It might not be even supported

    Hi bosses, how to congfig APN name ,my sim card is from china mobile.
    Sergio R. Caprile
    @scaprile
    Your APN name, your user, your password, depend on your provider. Read your SIM card accompanying brochure, search their web page, call them.

    Hi everyone
    Just wondering how are the things with ESP32-S2 support?

    I have seen it mentioned here a couple of months ago with previous ESP-IDF version.
    And it kind of should work considering ESP-IDF 4.2 is already implemented.
    But I didn't find any info in docs and sources

    @rojer Ive got an OTA issue where I'm updating units from mOS version 2.5 to 2.19.1 and after the new update it wont apply any more updates from that point, sometimes I can down grade to earlier fw version (mOS 2.5) then update to a later one but after a few of these trips it wont apply anymore updates. It looks like the sequence data might be getting corrupted in the process see https://pastebin.com/FztrkHMz . Also I've only seen this happen to encrypted units. Is there a midway version of mOS I need to go to in between updates to deal with any changes that have happened over time?

    @IDEA_IoT_twitter
    @mbresciani Yes I am using it successfully and can tell you what I have done to make it work BUT take it with a grain of salt as I don't really know what I am doing and just found this solution from a google search :)
    I have been modifying the esp32_bt_gap.c file. The modification that I did was to add the line:
    .scan_duplicate = BLE_SCAN_DUPLICATE_ENABLE,
    to bool mgos_bt_gap_scan(const struct mgos_bt_gap_scan_opts *opts)
    I have been away from working on this project for a few months and updated mos and it seems that the definition for BLE_SCAN_DUPLICATE_ENABLE can not be found now. I could not find where this was defined so I just changed the line to:
    .scan_duplicate = 0x1,
    which is of course a bad way of doing it but I don't have the time to properly fix. If you are having problems, MAYBE try this but no guarantees

    Hello, the MQTT connection is sometimes disconnected(network problems, etc...). The reconnect mechanism will then try to connect again. But usually the first couple of reconnects attempts fail with some memory issue like E:M 132 (17 blocks), etc... But then it will reconnect successfuly. Have you guys some idea where can be the problem? Or how to somehow completely "reset" mqtt connection and all alllocated resources after disconnect?
    DrBomb
    @DrBomb
    Jan, seems like you're having some memory leak issues. That's the real reason why it stops reconnecting
    Liviu
    @nliviu
    @maqilin6753123 something like this
    mg_rpc_send_responsef(ri, "{gnss:{fixed: %B,long: %.2f,lat: %.2f}}", true,
                          kt_gnss_long, kt_gnss_lat);

    ah, CT005 - i remember that! glad that this went into production after all.
    so, the log looks normal to me. the suspect ota data is actually ok - as long as it's not valid (valid? 0), garbage values are fine.

    you mention that after a few iterations things go awry. this is not captured in the log though, everything looks normal to me.
