Probably the biggest changes (besides formatting) are updating to a 1.x version of MahApps, switching to Caliburn.Micro as a backing MVVM framework, and reconstructing how details are sent around the app. Also switching away from a Grid to a List View for "remote" package sources since I'd gotten more then a few requires to show package details in line, and datagrid was being all kinds of a pain in the butt.

I originally avoided it because it seems like quite the behemouth, but having used it now I'm really liking it. A few sore spots here and there, but I think they can be mostly attributed to the age of the framework and some WPF shortcomings.

@RichiCoder1 agreed. For certain projects, I use MVVMLight, but still flip back and forth between them. They both have their good and bad points.
