I couldn't find any setup docs. So I assume it is " clone; code; test with nose; PR" Correct me if i am wrong. If there is a wiki share a link

@Erikishiru It had information only about how to use them not how to set it up for development.
So It is like "fork;Clone;fix the bug; test; push; PR"
