@Adrianzatreanu The issue was that the module PEP8Bear and the module PEP8Bear.PEP8Bear had the same name, which causes confusion to python's import. So, to avoid this, we simply change it to coalaPEP8Bear and coalaPEP8Bear.PEP8Bear
PS: This is indeed just a workaround. The "nice" solution is to fix our Importing.py, but I believe this is a limitation of python rather than our code. So, fixing it to overcome python's drawback isn't easy

Are you sure there's a __init__.py file in coala_install ?
If it's not, find_packages will not find it, as it's not a python package

Ergh i found some small issues such as not upgrading coala in requirements and so, ill fix it when i get back home, in a few hours, going out now
