timeout?
if it returns None that's usually an exception being thrown

I'm still not able to understand the connection between the exception and the code i wrote.
And do I need to understand the exact code of the tests to work on the exception?

cobot file issue coala Appveyor build doesnt use clang
This is one of the skipped tests. It would be good to reach 100% coverage on Windows.

cobot file issue coala Globbing.translate test coverage on Windows
The unix specific line is currently being shown as not covered by the tests when run on Windows.
The Windows specific line is currently being marked as # pragma: nocover (Windows).
These should be the other way around, so the Windows specific line should be covered, and on Windows the unix specific code shouldnt need to be tested.

cobot file issue coala-bears Check copied files are identical copies of upstream

fossasia/gci16.fossasia.org#614 was raised due to ads appearing on the Github Pages site, and there was concern, initially at least, that this had occurred because someone had added something to a minified file that had been copied from upstream.
It would be good to check that any files that are copies of upstream are identical to a specified upstream URL. This would also help with license checks, as a list of all upstream resources would be kept. The fetched upstream file should be cached appropriately to avoid slowing down CI and potentially breaking CI in the event of a network problem.
