How can I fix my PRs failing on circleci? coala/coala-bears#2241 and coala/coala-bears#2233 Other tests are successful.

I'm writing a test for a global linter bear but it's only executing on the files present in the coala-bears/bears/python directory.
  • Already added test files in a separate folder under coala-bears/tests.
  • Created a file_dict containing absoulte paths to all those files as keys and a list of file contents as their values.

The problem I'm facing in my case is that initializing file_dict doesn't have any impact. The bear just tests all the files in the folder from which I'm executing pytest.
So, if I have multiple files to test for which the bear outputs different results, how do I approach testing it? Being a global bear it chooses files randomly and therefore doesn't return similar result lists everytime.

/home/ubuntu/coala-bears/docs/API/bears.apertium.rst:document isn't included in any toctree
This is what it shows now. I have no idea what this means.
