@MorTD, please read https://coala.io/commit very carefully
you are wasting our CI resources by doing so many identical pushes
our bot is telling you what to fix. read the message

I've read it a couple of times... I fixed the numerous commits, but the bot messages are caused because of the previous issue I had with a couple of commits at the same time and it jiggled him up

No your commit messages are wrong. I manually verified the bots actions were correct

I've checked the length of the message, it's under the required length, and not in past tense. my first commit was very long but I soon removed it and fixed it to be only "Change variable 'range' name", why is it not a good enough\descriptive message?

What was the bots last error message
Mor Elmaliach
@MorTD
Jul 23 2018 18:08
I honestly do not understand what is wrong with this, even after reading the commit manual
the last one I see is from 21 hours ago, which was when I was STILL fixing the issue with the commits, for using the word "Changed"
which I edited to Change when I fixed everything up
afterwards there were bots messages about the syntax and using extra lines - which I fixed up, and removed the extra lines and then committed.

I would appreciate being able to understand what's the issue with the wording, because aside of that I do not understand which of the bot's rules were I ignoring, but even if you decide not to explain that'd be and I'd get it.

Have you installed coala on your system? @MorTD

Have you executed coala after making changes?
Mor Elmaliach
@MorTD
Jul 23 2018 18:16
yes, but running it results in "version dependancy conflicts with the one I have and the one that's published.
[ERROR][21:15:57] There is a conflict in the version of a dependency you have installed and the requirements of coala. This may be resolved by creating a separate virtual environment for coala or running pip3 install "coala~=0.11.0". Be aware that the latter solution might break other python packages that depend on the currently installed version.
You need to set up coala before changing coala

Use a virtualenv and install coala over there. If you install coala on root it will bound to fail due to other libraries that have been installed over there.
Google abt virtualenv and how to use it. These are the basics if you want to start development in python.

https://travis-ci.org/coala/coala-bears/jobs/407191026#L3565

this was caused because of all the issues with the commits, it somehow mixed up the changes I now see and didn't change the right line (the one for def).

Use a virtualenv and install coala over there. If you install coala on root it will bound to fail due to other libraries that have been installed over there.

ok,I will

First make sure you execute coala on the changes you make. If you fix all the issues coala presents to you before pushing the bot wont harass you.

ok, I will now, working on it. Can I continue to work on the issue? #2585
