I have a little doubt about 2 bears PEP8Bear and PEP8NotebookBear .
  1. When i run the PEP8Bear locally on a file it run correctly and checks that each line must not have characters more than 79 i.e https://github.com/coala/coala-bears/blob/master/bears/python/PEP8Bear.py#L24
but when I change 79 to 200 then it checks each line must not have have more than 200 words. This is working properly.
  2. But when I run PEP8NoteBookBear on a file then it also checks the line must not exceed from 79 i.e https://github.com/coala/coala-bears/blob/master/bears/python/PEP8NotebookBear.py#L76 But when I change it from 79 to 200 then also it is checking only for 79 and not for 200 .
Anyone please check it by running locally both bears and make changes according to it

For "2" are you running the bear on Python_Notebook?

@jayvdb i have not a bug in my code It is the bug is already exist bear
If i donot make any changes in the bear it is also showing this errror
May be i wrong but my changes is not working because it has already a bug
But perhaps this is only my opinion
