Only after you've received and accepted the invitation, we can assign issues. Until that, feel free to explore coala.
1) Set up a optional flag in the argument where one can chose to run only the cli section
2) check for the files flag in the cli section and if it is provided do not run the all section
Any input on the issue would be helpful, if there is something better that can be done, I would be happy to implement it.
