@despo is this for the Codebar course content?
If so, I'm thinking a Creative Commons license might be more appropriate (OSS for code, CC for media). I'm no expert on this stuff though.
I've put out free courses in the past with the notes CC and the source code Apache 2. In my case I'm allowing commercial re-use, though, which I'm guessing you won't want.

@davegurnell for the tutorials. But I think you are right, I was thinking about software but this is not. Maybe Attribution-ShareAlike would be a better choice.

I don't know the history of the tutorials. Some contributors may prefer NC on there as well.
