@joeelsey Take a look at @jfall76 (Jim Fall's) code for the closure homework - he has some helpful comments in his code, plus a link to a good tutorial that helps explain closures. There are also a lot of comments in my code (DecoratorFunction2) that are explaining what's going on, to the best of my understanding. Hopefully these help.

If anyone is interested in CodeSchool (that we're talking about right now), you can get two days free to check it out with this link: http://go.codeschool.com/qr7WJw (it's my referral link and will expire early tomorrow morning, I get two more free days for each person). Two days should be enough to get through the angular or backbone tutorials.

and here is a link to the paradigm which some frameworks use convention over configuration http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Convention_over_configuration

If i feel more comfortable with something like ember will that be fine for the dev accelorator or should a spend most of my time learning angular

We are starting from scratch with Backbone and Angular. Ember will be demoed but not focused on
As much as I am a huge fan, angular is more popular right now and for job hunting we are focusing on it

Honestly if you want to get ahead learn testing with Mocha. Although we do start from scratch there.
Was somebody PMing me about OS? Gitter lost the PM before I got your name.
