    Take a look at the supporting website, http://www.CrackingTheCodingInterview.com and let me know if you're in. This could be a great way to get experience talking and writing on the wall in front of people. Not to mention, if you can explain it to others, you probably understand it well enough to get the job!
    Any questions? Any suggestions?

    Commitment? 5 mins per question, in front of some friendly faces. Plus the time it takes to prepare.

    a post about auto-generating documentation from your docs using some simple markup. this post has links to Apple's official documentation guidelines as well.
    @param [param] [Description]: Describes what value should be passed for this parameter
    @return [Description]: Describes the return value of the method
    @see [selector]: Provide "see also" reference to related method
    @warning [description]: Call out exceptional or potentially dangerous behavior
    stuff like that ^^

    I just got it a few minutes ago Brad, were there any changes from when you first posted? Or, is this just a notice that it’s there?
    bradleypj823
    @bradleypj823
    just a notice

    To make up for being a bad TA, I'll be at Code Fellows until 9pm on Monday, November 24 if anyone needs help. Give me a heads up in chat if you are, so you won't miss me if I step out for food.

    why won't anything auto complete? Xcode was auto completing like a champ up until yesterday. Not sure if I changed a setting but it's driving me nuts... Any quick fixes?
    Kevin Pham
    @kpham13
    Did you get a SourceKit crash?
    Ryan Christensen
    @randhyllcho
    I think I did in another app. I might have in this one but I'm not sure.
    Kevin Pham
    @kpham13
    Try closing all your projects and deleting your derived data. Google it cause it's hard to explain.
    Ryan Christensen
    @randhyllcho
    Ill give it a try. Thanks man.
    Ryan Christensen
    @randhyllcho
    Seemed to work... Took a few tries to get the derived data to actually delete though. Thanks again.

    @cwnidog
    Hi All, one thing I discovered was that in the example DetailViewController.swift file, the line in viewDidLoad() setting self.firstNameTextField.delegate = self is commented out. It probably shouldn’t be, in my case commenting out meant that when I hit the <Retrurn> on my iPhone, the code didn’t recognize that it had happened and the keyboard stayed in view.
    John Leonard
    @cwnidog
    After all - those fields need a delegate somewhere.

    @AMPotter
    Can I maybe buy someone a coffee in exchange for a little help tomorrow?
    John Leonard
    @cwnidog
    Sorry Andrew, I’m working, but is there anything in particular?
    Andrew Michael Potter
    @AMPotter
    I've got my plist all ready to go, but I'm still trying to switch my cells over to custom cells, and I've got this weird overlap. My original cells are still there, and my custom cells seem to be on top of them when I click on the cells? And the segue to my detail view no longer works.
    I'm sure it's an easy fix. I might just start the tableview over from scratch.
    Sometimes that's easier than converting everything over.
    John Leonard
    @cwnidog
    You’re right on starting back from scratch. I had a similar problem and did the same thing. I think that the storyboad links are kind of fragile sometimes. One thing that you might want to do is set he values in your custom cell to be same as the ones you use in the DetailTableView.
    Andrew Michael Potter
    @AMPotter
    Thanks John, I'll give that a try
    John Leonard
    @cwnidog
    Just to be clear, I meant set them to hold the same data as you put into your DetailTableView, different objects, of course.
    Ryan Christensen
    @randhyllcho
    @AMPotter I'll be down at CodeFellows tomorrow evening probably around 6-ish. I'm not sure how much help I'll be, but I've broken this app three ways from Sunday and have still managed to fix it. I have some layout issues that I can't figure out. Hopefully @kpham13 can help me out with that.
    Andrew Michael Potter
    @AMPotter
    @randhyllcho Awesome! Hopefully I'll have figured it out by then, but I have a habit of breaking things further as I try to fix them, so I'd love a second pair of eyes to check out my code.

    @EricMentele
    I will be there too around the same time. This last part is rough.
    Kevin Pham
    @kpham13
    What do you guys mean by custom cells? Like nib files? or adding labels/image views to your prototype cells?
    codeCaster
    @EricMentele
    Labels, images, etc added. Have not gone over nibs.
