    As far as I know you are welcome to come in to work in the CF work spaces any time, as long as there is room. Since there are other classes that go on at CF and they use the spaces a lot of the time, those spaces are reserved for them at those times, but it's usually not to hard to find somewhere to work. :)

    Hey it's been a while now, and I was hoping to get some feedback on my site rebuild. I did turn it in a few hours late...
    Samantha Camus
    @xdothackerx
    Oh ummm... let me see if I got to that one already.
    Samantha Camus
    @xdothackerx
    Guess not!
    Unfortunately you're last alphabetically, so I'm getting to yours last, haha... I'll make sure to switch up the order I grade in next time.
    @andreawinters, looks like you're missing the outline part of the assignment?
    Your HTML portion looks great, though.
    Samantha Camus
    @xdothackerx
    There are a couple things I'd change, but I'll comment them on your submission on Canvas.

    @andreawinters
    Sweet! Thanks so much and yes the joys

    @xdothackerx I've been working in codecademy today and I'm wondering what is wrong with this:

    for (var i = 1; i < 4; i++) {
    console.log("counting in for loop");

    var count = 0;
    while (count < 3) {
    console.log("var = " + count);
    count++;
    }

    var condition = false;
    do {
    console.log("Mandatory printout.");
    } while(condition);

    Would you take a look and help me find my error(s)?
    Samantha Camus
    @xdothackerx
    Hmmm...
    What exactly is the problem?
    It just doesn't run? Or...?
    Rachel Kudrna
    @rkudrna
    it doesn't run in codecademy
    but it looks okay to you?
    Samantha Camus
    @xdothackerx
    From what I can see, you're missing the closing } for your for loop? Maybe that's the problem?
    Rachel Kudrna
    @rkudrna
    That was it! Jeez, silly mistake. THANK YOU
    Samantha Camus
    @xdothackerx
    No prob~

    I was getting all excited to do my first push to github but I'm running into trouble. @xdothackerx , it looks like I don't have a 'master'? I have no idea what I did to make that happen. Is there a way to fix?
    Here's the scoop:
    Rachel-Kudrnas-MacBook-Pro:RaceGame rkudrna$ git commit
    [master 0d735ef] Initial commit
    1 file changed, 3 insertions(+), 3 deletions(-)
    Rachel-Kudrnas-MacBook-Pro:RaceGame rkudrna$ git remote add origin https://github.com/rkudrna/RaceGame.git
    fatal: remote origin already exists.
    Rachel-Kudrnas-MacBook-Pro:RaceGame rkudrna$ git remote -v
    origin https://github.com/rkudrna/RaceGame.git (fetch)
    origin https://github.com/rkudrna/RaceGame.git (push)

    @xdothackerx I am looking for the Class 4 slides on Canvas. Are they going to be posted soon?
    Samantha Camus
    @xdothackerx
    I'm really sorry for the late reply guys. Do you still need help/answers?
    @mmonji, the slides are up as of two hours ago.
    @rkudrna, looks like everything's set up right. Can you put 'git status' and 'git branch' then me what you get?
    Rachel Kudrna
    @rkudrna
    Hey @xdothackerx , no worries.

    Rachel-Kudrnas-MacBook-Pro:RaceGame rkudrna$ git status
    On branch master
    Your branch is based on 'origin/master', but the upstream is gone.
    (use "git branch --unset-upstream" to fixup)

    Untracked files:
    (use "git add <file>..." to include in what will be committed)

    index.html
    rabbitgame.html

    nothing added to commit but untracked files present (use "git add" to track)
    Rachel-Kudrnas-MacBook-Pro:RaceGame rkudrna$ git branch

    • master
      Rachel-Kudrnas-MacBook-Pro:RaceGame rkudrna$
    The untracked files are okay - the one I want to commit is already updated
    Rachel Kudrna
    @rkudrna
    @xdothackerx I'm also wondering about this upcoming assignment: Rather than using what I made for a previous one, can I start new with some different html?
    mmonji
    @mmonji
    @xdothackerx Are you going to he at the lab session this evening?
    Hiro-Protagonist
    @Hiro-Protagonist
    Hey @xdothackerx , are you at the Lab already? I'd love to go over Git with you! :)
    Samantha Camus
    @xdothackerx
    I'm here!
    Sorry I was not answering again guys - had an interview to prepare for today with Expedia.
    I'm at the second table when you come in, near the wall.
    @rkudrna, @mmonji, @Hiro-Protagonist, are you all at the lab?
    Rachel Kudrna
    @rkudrna
    @xdothackerx good luck with Expedia! I just left lab...wasn't on gitter much this evening. I think I'm squared away for the night. Thanks!
    Rachel Kudrna
    @rkudrna
    @xdothackerx Hey Samantha, let me know if you do grading anytime this afternoon. I would help with my racing game. I'm going to work on codecademy stuff for a while but would love to get a dialogue going re: JS in that game.
    I would like* help with my racing game.
    haha. I think you know what I meant.
    Samantha Camus
    @xdothackerx
    Gonna do some grading later today after I get my car fixed. :)
    Rachel Kudrna
    @rkudrna
    @xdothackerx I'll be on for a little while and then again later today. I know my stuff needs lots of work so I'm eager to get your feedback!
    Samantha Camus
    @xdothackerx
    @rkudrna You here? What was it you need help on?
    @all BTW, I'll be hanging out after class tomorrow in case anyone needs some 1-on-1 time.
    Rachel Kudrna
    @rkudrna
    @xdothackerx Hey there! I just sat down to see if I can make my page more interactive. Right now all I have is the prompt changing based on user input for the guessing game.
    Samantha Camus
    @xdothackerx
    Can I see your code?
    @rkudrna Got it on github or something? :)
    :smile: I finally got a push figured out - hooray!
