    Hao Ye
    @ha0ye
    Yep, that sounds right.
    Yo Yehudi
    @yochannah

    [1] FALSE
    Warning message:

    Hao Ye
    @ha0ye
    I think once you have the dependencies installed, you can even call from terminal with Rscript R/render_html.R
    Yo Yehudi
    @yochannah
    that's the error I get when I run it
    Hao Ye
    @ha0ye

    Yo Yehudi

    Pushed an update. Try it now.
    Yo Yehudi

    @ha0ye
    What are your thoughts about CI for website deployment?
    Yo Yehudi
    @yochannah
    I have see @JJ's comments but not had the time to digest yet. Right now I am very unfussy what CI tool we use to get there, though!
    Hao Ye
    @ha0ye
    JJ added some thoughts in the issue page - yochannah/code-is-science#20
    Ah, ok.
    Yo Yehudi
    @yochannah
    did you have any opinions?
    Hao Ye
    @ha0ye
    Debating which service or option is out of my scope...
    Yo Yehudi
    @yochannah
    (I need to hop off in a minute so apologies if I disappear - need to go to a phone call)
    ok, that's fair!
    Hao Ye
    @ha0ye
    I've used Travis CI, and our lab uses it to deploy a website automatically.
    Yo Yehudi
    @yochannah
    I'll give it a think later
    Hao Ye
    @ha0ye
    K, I'll try and get it setup on my fork for now, and see how it goes.
    Yo Yehudi
    @yochannah
    thank you!!

    Hello Yo Yehudi
    I am new to github contributions , I have commented on your Header issue .I am not familiar with pull requests(hope i can learn them from you) ,I have coded the part of responsive header code and shared the link in the comment . Thank you.
    Yo Yehudi
    @yochannah

    Yo Yehudi
    @yochannah
    Hey @abhiabhijit - I'll have a look tonight :D Thank you!
    Yo Yehudi
    @yochannah
    @abhiabhijit you've made a good start so far! One small thing I'd change - try to make all the changes in the same branch. Right now you have one change each in the branches patch-1, patch-2, and master: https://github.com/abhiabhijit/code-is-science/branches
    other than that, your approach is perfect
    and here's how to create a PR when you're ready: https://help.github.com/articles/creating-a-pull-request-from-a-fork/
    Let us know if that isn't clear :)
    Abhijit
    @abhiabhijit
    Thank You so much! @yochannah .

    @yochannah : Hi, I would like to give my contributions to codeisscience. I'm a beginner
    Padmaja Bhol
    @padmajabhol
    There are some issues that are still open on https://github.com/codeisscience/journal-policy-tracker-frontend. Can I work on them or are we supposed to create our own issues? @yochannah
    Pritish Samal
    @CIPHERTron
    Heyy Padmaja. Sure, feel free to open issues if you see any related bugs or enhancements. We would be happy to review it and suggest how to go about it. As of now, refactoring the codebase is an important task. After that, there are certain features that needs to be added.
