From the original meeting with SLOW:
Parameters:
    Control Penetrations Low33%-Med50%-Hi80%-Custom
        PV Inverter Control
        EV Ownership==Control
        HVAC Control
    Load (1 value now, vary it later)

That good enough?
for a rough draft schema?

will want to clarify the load percentages; we would need the actual simulation data from them - we can’t just scale whatever existing data we have

for load can't we just leave it as a percentage? not restrict the values it can take on?

the percentages are a percentage of some fixed base load

yea, we'll have to figure out a way to calculate that (a/k/a find the base load somewhere)E
but I think for the database it's probably good enough to call it a percentage

I love it when people use words I don't understand. Learning is happening.
