Hey there, another front-end question - how do you print each screen e.g. I want to print all the data in the Object Info page for example. Also is there a way to collapse all fields if you are trying to find a specific field?

@jessica-s How do you want to print the view? If you want your user to simple File > Print from the browser, you can set a print.css file that sets the layout just for printing
Or you can export the record to PDF, much like we do on the backend, though this requires more configuration
Export to Excel is also available
I'm not sure what you mean by collapsing the fields though! If you explain what you are trying to do, I can try to help!

Hi @pinkfishies , thanks for your help. Basically @jessica-sanguesa meant providence when she says front-end . I think she wants to collapse all the fields in the object info screen like so: http://i.imgur.com/JdCteVD.jpg?1
as there are lots of containers, she is probably looking for something easy to collapse in one go

@samrahman Yes, and you can set individual fields to default to collapsed in the UI (under administration > user interfaces)

Hi, I'm having a problem uploading jpegs & pdfs, although audio is working fine. I haven't made any changes since the last time uploads were working, and configuration check shows GMagick and PDFWand are available -- is there anything else to check to figure out what's going wrong?

For jpeg it's unknown file type not accepted by media. PDFs appear to upload but just shows as a generic icon instead of the uploaded pdf.

The generic icon means Ghostscript is not installed or broken
How large is the jpeg?

I tried with a few different sizes, 100-300 kb

Try a PNG
and a TIFF and see if those work

Hi guys, we've finished our data import into CA. All the objects are set to 'non-accessible to public' at the moment, as we were not sure what this function does in regards of pawtucket. Could you please suggest if creating 'SETS' is the best way now to make all the arts 'public'?

UPDATE ca_objects SET access=1
run that SQL command and you're good
you can also go the sets batch editing route, but this is faster :-)

is @collectiveaccess away? I emailed Seth for a location tracking feature, as we're bit stuck with bulk movement location tracking using the standalone movement editor..
if I do this with Sets, do I have to run the search indexing too?
