@stefankeidel Hi again. I've check setup.php and the locale is set up "en_US". Inside "My Preferences", local is also set to "English (United States)". In Administration => Locales, only "en_US" is set to "Yes" for cataloging. The rest is set to "No". Any more ideas? thanks very much for the help.

another question on uploading multiple images for 1 object. so I have a folder called "2008". Inside this folder are 2 files called "2008_my_1st_long_filename.jpg" and "2008_my_2nd_long_filename.jpg". When I imported the media, I made sure "delete upon import" is enabled. I queued the import process and used caUtils to process the queue. I then checked the object and still no image and the 2008 folder is still there and the 2 files inside of it hasn't disappeared.
any thoughts? thanks again :)

Hi, how do you display multiple related entities fields within the one screen? I'd like to display different entity types in each object screen using screen-specific settings (e.g. Entity #1 - restricted only to 'Donor' relationships type and the alternative label for the bundle is 'Donor'; Entity #2 is only 'Vendor'... etc. The reasoning is so we ensure that the cataloguer fills out all minimum requirements for the object record. What is the procedure for doing this, can it be done via User Interfaces?

Actually just reading the wiki, is this something that can only be changed via the metadata elements page? http://docs.collectiveaccess.org/wiki/User_Interface_Administration

Agh so sorry please ignore my questions above. I didn't realise you could drag across available editor elements multiple times in UI

@archivistariel Yes, you can run it on an internal network. Whether you use our service is up to you entirely, there are enough users out there who manage to do it without us or using the limited free support we provide here and on the forum.
@mrjayviper Out of ideas on that locale issue. Can I see that system? For the batch media import, try running it without the queue. If there are any errors, they'll be displayed right then and there. Odds are it's a permission issue or it can't match an object.
@jessica-s Yup, you can do that, but you have to re-load/save the screen to have the (in your case) "Related Entities" bundle appear in the left list again after you've used it once. It's a little misleading but we usually configure these things via profile so we never bothered to make this more intuitive.
