    You're supposed to see the paperclip on the relationship bundle. What does the object x occurrence relationship w/ the type "image is copied" look like from either direction (object UI or occurrence UI)?

    @artvrc
    How would I add the new relationship on object UI and occurrence UI?
    Julia
    @juliaweist
    You just need to add one or more links between any Object record and any Occurrence record using the relationship type "image is copied"
    artvrc
    @artvrc
    Ahh, I see. Is it possible to include a free text field in this related occurrence set? I want to include a page number field to the source bibliography.

    @juliaweist
    You would add the free text field on the relationship record. We don't bundle any other fields with relationships (that's what the record is for).

    @artvrc
    I have two sets of metadata elements Digital Image Source and Slide Source, which use the same occurrence "Source" (an object record can have the same source title for digital and slide, or two different titles). I've made two different relationship UIs for digital source and slide source, but I can't enter two different sources in an object records. Is there a way to do this?
    sterlingjenson
    @sterlingjenson
    @artvrc , in my installation of CA, I am able to add multiple sources connect to an object. Have you looked in the user interfaces section and see if a limit was placed on the source relationship?
    Has anyone had problems importing PNG images? I just uploaded a couple of PNG files and I had vertical lines running through the image. However, if take the same file and I save as a JPG then upload that image, the lines go away.
    sterlingjenson
    @sterlingjenson
    I tried a different PNG file and the image uploaded with an error which makes me wonder if the problem lays with Darktable and not CollectiveAccess.
    artvrc
    @artvrc
    @sterlingjenson What do you mean by a limit? If you mean type restriction, I do have it set in both source UIs. To clarify, I have two source fields that use the same occurrence in an object. I want to enter different sources in each field, but right now, if I enter one source in the Digital source field, the Slide source field gets filled in with the same info.

    If you go into user interface and look at the details for the relationship type, just double check that the number is not "1"
    artvrc
    @artvrc
    hmm, on the object UI the numbers are set 0. In the relationship UI, I don't see that option...

    @artvrc
    And this is what I mean by the two source fields get filled with the same info because they use the same occurrence.

    sterlingjenson
    @sterlingjenson
    Ah, I see. I would create a container to store that information so that the details are bundled together and possibly have a drop down menu to denote if the source of the item is a digital image or a slide
    artvrc
    @artvrc
    How would you store the information? I am not sure if that would work with our data, for example, the digital version of this image is scanned from Book A, but slide was made from Book B, the image (object) is the same.
    sterlingjenson
    @sterlingjenson
    The information would be stored similar to how the address block for entities is usually set up

    Good Morning, Just upgraded my 1.7 dev to schema 145. I and I am getting this error popping up in my providence browser view
    "undefined offset:0 in /var/www/html/providence/app/lib/core/Db.php on line 267"
    I have only just switched on PHP display errors so I don't know how long its been around. It disappears when page is fully loaded but pops up momentarily when changing views. Does not seem to cause any problems at this point in time. Any suggestions as to how to fix this would be appreciated -Eric

    @collectiveaccess
    @eriwm I don't see this on any of my test systems
    What screens does it show up on?
    ericwm
    @eriwm
    @collectiveaccess It appears at the top of the login screen. After entering login details providence main window opens and the message disappears. If I left click on any item in any of the main menu drop downs the message appears momentarily.

    @collectiveaccess
    Can you send me a dump of your database to test with?
    ericwm
    @eriwm
    what is the best way to send this to you?
    ericwm
    @eriwm
    @collectiveaccess sent you an email with a link to dropbox

    In my Pawtucket, I used to see hyperlink with the creator names, but don't see that anymore. What could be the reason? Is it defined in app.conf? Currently, the ca_objects_default_html.php in my theme folder says: {{{<ifdef code="ca_entities" restrictToRelationshipTypes="creator"><H6>Creator</H6><unit restrictToRelationshipTypes="creator" relativeTo="ca_entities">^ca_entities.preferred_labels.displayname</unit><br/></ifdef>}}}
    artvrc
    @artvrc
    Another question... my Data import has stopped taking the importer. It says "uploaded 0 worksheet; skipped 1 worksheet". Until an hour ago, I was uploading the same importer fine. I tried deleting the old importer, restarting the browser, re-login to CA, but no luck. I don't see the object importer there anymore. What can I do?

    Kehan Harman
    @kehh
    @artvrc If you want the hyperlink you should use the following:
     {{{<ifdef code="ca_entities" restrictToRelationshipTypes="creator"><H6>Creator</H6><unit restrictToRelationshipTypes="creator" relativeTo="ca_entities"><l>^ca_entities.preferred_labels.displayname</l></unit><br/></ifdef>}}}
    Also make sure that the entity record is marked as accessible to public as pawtucket checks access restrictions.
    Unsure about the importer issue - take a look at the import log and see if you can find anything.
    artvrc
    @artvrc
    @kehh Thanks! Is it possible to make list items hyperlinked on Pawtucket, too? Such as:
    {{{<ifdef code="ca_objects.culturalContextSet.culturalContext_local"><H6>Culture Terms (local)</H6>^ca_objects.culturalContextSet.culturalContext_local<br/></ifdef>}}}
    Kehan Harman
    @kehh
    Also check whether the import has any existingRecordPolicy (http://docs.collectiveaccess.org/wiki/Data_Importer#Settings) that might cause this or one of the Skip options from http://docs.collectiveaccess.org/wiki/Data_Importer#Options. Finally the importer remembers your options from the previous import so try:1) Checking the import form for 'import all worksheets', 2) logging out and back in or 3) Creating a new user to run the imports. Alternatively try to run the import using caUtils from the command line.

    Julia

    @artvrc make sure the mapping is saved on the first sheet. If it's on another sheet it won't upload

    Is it possible to get a hierarchy / use a <unit/> for list attribute values (or any AuthorityAttributeValue for that matter)?
    Kehan Harman
    @kehh
    Also do AuthorityAttributeValues have any support for restrictToTypes in the definition of the attribute in a similar manner to relationship type UI / Display?
    naeemmuhammad
    @naeemmuhammad
    @collectiveaccess @juliaweist We have some trouble in displaying correct information on object detail page in Pawtucket2. For all object to object relationship fields, display template that we used shows information for both objects (host and related object). Is there any way that we may display value of the field only from the related object, not from both? Let say we want to display the preferred_labels field, when we use the following templates, preferred labels from both objects are shown. Whereas we want only to show the preferred label of the related object.
    {{{<unit relativeTo="ca_objects_x_objects" restrictToRelationshipTypes="r77300">^ca_objects.preferred_labels</unit>}}}
    {{{<unit relativeTo="ca_objects_x_objects" restrictToRelationshipTypes="r77300">^ca_objects.related.preferred_labels</unit>}}}
    Julia
    @juliaweist
    @kehh re: AuthorityAttributeValue/restrictToTypes: not specifically but you could use "filter" to achieve the same goal
    it's an attribute bundle setting: http://docs.collectiveaccess.org/wiki/Bundles#Bundles
    re; hierarchy/unit I'm not sure what you mean. Can you provide an example?
    Julia
    @juliaweist
    @naeemmuhammad get rid of the _x_objects. <unit relativeTo="ca_objects">^ca_objects.related.preferred_labels</unit>
    Kehan Harman
    @kehh

    @juliaweist for the second question: if I've got a container container with a list attribute classification in it, I'd like to get properties from the list item in a display template - for example ^ca_objects.container.classification.hierarchy or

    <unit relativeTo="ca_objects.container.classification">
        ^ca_list_items.hierarchy
    </unit>

    For an Entity attribute conditionCheckedBy in a container conditionReport:

    <unit relativeTo="ca_objects.conditionReport.conditionCheckedBy">
        ^ca_entities.address
    </unit>
