    Interesting, I can't find anything else about the withdrawal
    We should definitely make sure we have two sets of reviews on that I think, if there is some weirdness
    Currently we have zero

    @rando2
    Hey everyone, obviously we are not going to be able to submit today. I'm going to try to take a bit of a step back from PR review in order to finish the sections I'm working on now (Tocilizumab, dexa, and possibly incorporating some info on allostatic load because it's very relevant to dexa). Any and all PR review or critique of preprints that people want to do is extremely welcome. Hopefully be back with a revised plan of attack on Monday :)

    Hello, update for immunology background: we already have the basic general immunology background with a bit (1 of the biggest points) on SARS-CoV-2 in 1 of the subsections; I made PR #549 to fill in the other immunology background subsection in order to have the (other) basic points relevant to SARS-CoV-2 covered (goes with the outline that was there as placeholder); I got a review & incorporated clarity & content edits from an experienced immunologist (& chemist) who is in our acknowledgements (since she just edited 3 subsection paragraphs then I didn't ask her to do it through github but instead incorporated her feedback in myself while explaining this as I saw a couple of others do); if another author does a final check I think that's what's left to do.

    AppVeyor builds have started failing with the error "Build exceeded allowed resource quotas. Fix your build to consume less resources or contact AppVeyor support to request quotas increase." They don't tell us which resource is over quota so there is no obvious remedy. I'll email support.
    Anthony Gitter
    @agitter
    AppVeyor support wrote back that they resolved the resource quota errors. They still didn't specify the problematic resource. I haven't done a test build yet to confirm it works.
    Anthony Gitter
    @agitter
    Has AppVeyor CI been disabled? It didn't run on recent builds like #565
    We may need @cgreene to check the AppVeyor project settings https://ci.appveyor.com/project/cgreene/covid19-review
    Casey Greene
    @cgreene
    happy to check on things
    i don't see anything obvious in settings
    clicking re-build PR gets me OKThere was an error while trying to complete the current operation. Please contact AppVeyor support.
    Casey Greene
    @cgreene
    i have reached out to them
    Anthony Gitter
    @agitter
    Weird. The support person who "helped" me may have made things worse instead of better. Thanks for following up.
    Anthony Gitter
    @agitter
    AppVeyor support updated me that the original resource quota error was due to incoming VM traffic. They extended the 7 GB limit.
    Casey Greene
    @cgreene

    Hi Casey,

    It should be fixed now.

    Thanks Casey. I see the AppVeyor builds are up again.

    Hi everyone, so I am going to keep focusing on writing in the hopes that I can get some loose ends tied up this week. I'll review PRs in the evenings so apologies if I'm hard to track down during the day. I think with a big push we can get a filled-in draft by the end of this week/early next week!

    I finished putting in my last PR's. I've used up the time that I allocated for this project (except for simple incorporating or not of my last short/straightforward PR's as I wrote them). Just wanted to say thanks to everyone & good luck in your scientific endeavors!

    Thanks @yemarshall !
    Hello everybody! I found out about a smaller-scale ongoing review, specifically about transmission dynamics, here:

    @agitter
    @rando2 the manuscript deploy step failed with the error remote: error: File AllenAI-metadata.csv.gz is 102.43 MB; this exceeds GitHub's file size limit of 100.00 MB. Even the compressed version is now too big.
    Are we using the Allen AI data? Do we need to find a workaround, or can we disable this output file generation for now?

    Hi all, I did not manage to add my name to the list of authors. Is it still possible? If not then don't worry.
    HM Rando
    @rando2
    Hi @shiktadas yes you can still add it! Don't worry, everyone will get a chance for final approval before we submit it! I created one for you at #594
    @agitter I think that is on hold right now (either need to talk to David or go back to doing it my less-than-ideal way!) so you can disable it. Thank you so much!
    @dziakj1 that seems like a great reference! Too many great references to track, haha
    Ryan Velazquez
    @rdvelazquez
    @rando2 Thanks for reviewing #512 I missed that GitHub notification requesting my review and haven't check this chat in a few weeks. I've been pretty busy with other things but may have some time the next few weeks so let me know (here or via GitHub mention) if there's anything in particular that would be helpful for me to work on. The paper looks like it's coming together nicely!

    thank you @rando2 will do that soon.

    A side questions please - anyone know of any links for all the GWAS run on Covid-19? I am running my own GWAS and need some background reading material.
    Stephen Capone
    @scapone01
    @rando2 do you want authors to comment on #596 to confirm funding/COI?
    HM Rando
    @rando2
    @scapone01 yeah if you don't mind giving a thumbs up if yours is correct, that would be great! I'm not exactly sure what Casey had in mind but I'll speak to him this afternoon so I"ll ask him then!
    HM Rando
    @rando2
    So if your info is correct, you don't need to do anything! Thank you so much @scapone01!
    Casey Greene
    @cgreene
    @scapone01 - if you have no COIs still, can you confirm on that issue and i'll update the date to be whatever date you noted it?
    Stephen Capone
    @scapone01
    @cgreene done!
    shiktadas
    @shiktadas
    Anyone needs any further help on this paper?
    HM Rando
    @rando2
    @shiktadas I will likely ask for your help with the section my undergrad mentee is writing about clinical trial recruitment issues -- but we are still workshopping it!
    David Manheim
    @davidmanheim
    @Rando2 - that sounds like something that would be relevant to another project I'm working on. Any chance we could be in touch about that separately? (myusername@googleemailservice)
    HM Rando
    @rando2
    @davidmanheim sent!
    Everyone, there is a big restructure going on just to warn you. I will try to get a proposed new structure up as soon as possible, but just as a warning that things may be moving around!

    If anyone is interested, I'd love feedback on #624! I tried to provide some background about other human coronaviruses (SARS and MERS mainly) and restructured some of the evolutionary text surrounding that.

    @RLordan
    Hey @rando2 should have some for you in the next 30 minutes. Reads very well :)
    HM Rando
    @rando2
    Thank you so much @RLordan!

    @shiktadas
    @rando2 just about to start reading the introduction - I hope not too late?
    HM Rando
    @rando2
    @shiktadas no, that's perfect :)
