not sure why you are tagging me.... but you would do the exaclty same with any other iterator: notice that your iteration has finished.
that isn't really a dl4j specific problem

@meet3113 java 101: when working with iterator - always call for iterator.hasNext() first
if you did, and see "no element found" exception - i need you to file an issue with reproducible code.
but i hadn't saw or heard of such exceptions in dl4j before
so i'm really skeptical here
