Conda appears not to include the test directory. Even if it did it would be in a very wacky place (e.g. /Users/labuser/anaconda2/pkgs/ipyrad-0.1.37-2/lib/python2.7/site-packages/ipyrad/tests), nasty path.
Docs are looking very solid! I'm going to work on documenting the CLI. One thing i'm thinking is we should make it simple for CLI users to navigate to the docs they need, since API users will be more able to figure it out.
Is there a reason the current docs are in a separate branch?
I just did a git pull on master and didn't get the new versions, then i did it again like 3 times cuz i thought i'd get different results (definition of insanity). Then i realized it's on a docs branch, lol
just cuz I was too lazy to build the docs locally, and so I was pushing the changes to github on every little change I made to see it take place, and I thought it might be annoying to see 300 separate tiny pushes to master.
