Yeah, step6 is totally busted right now. But I'm getting very close.

As much as I want to make people use the API, I'm thinking of making a second CLI for the svd4tet method that would build when they install ipyrad, since people could use that even if they don't have RAD data. I don't think it would be too tough to make. But it still needs to be wrapped in an ipyclient initiator like the step methods are. Not an immediate concern, I suppose.
