Fixed the bug in refmapping that was fsck'ing the results. refmap on sim data now recovers exactly the same clusters as denovo. pushed to 0.1.77.

Have you seen this in step 6 at all? Step 6 finishes on glenn's data (with minor tweak)! But it's giving me this error, even tho it finishes fine and all samples are set to 6. Any thoughts?

Hell's yeah for the refmapping. That latter bug, hmm, I think it means it crashed somewhere and then got to the purge arg in assembly without first aborting running jobs... Needs better exception handling to get the real cause.
