I couldn't really figure out dendropy. I'm using ete2 instead. It's on conda under the bioconda channel.
it's only in the svd4tet method.
I'm using numba code in there too. Got it to run about twice as fast. Which is huge when you're running a piece of code a million times.

So, I'm feeling a little torn about whether to branch the svd4tet code to be its own standalone program outside of ipyrad...

I don't know, I think we can write it so that installing ipyrad creates two CLIs, so that there can be a standalone svd4tet program that doesn't require using the ipyrad API.
... yeah, I think that's what I"ll do.

checked out the DAG dependencies, seems really cool. Something for V2 maybe
