Hi guys, can I ask a really quick question. When working with PE ezRAD data (PE GBS) is it required to use PEAR to merge the read files before importing in ipyrad?

Nope! ipyrad now handles merging of PE internally.

Caught unknown exception - TypeError(ufunc 'invert' not supported for the input types, and the inputs could not be safely coerced to any supported types according to the casting rule ''safe'')
