ipyrad running normally but I noticed that Heterozigocity and error rates obtained from ipyrad are very different from what I got from pyrad. In pyrad the average was H=0.004, E=0.0003, while in ipyrad they are 0.0043 0.0029, and the data is the same. The error rate is now an order of magnitude larger. Any clue?
