Hi @dereneaton and @isaacovercast I recently uninstalled and reinstalled conda and ipyrad, and am now having trouble getting ipyrad to work. Says "The 'jupyter' distribution was not found and is required by ipyrad". I did

ipyrad -p params-BPP_Sept3.txt -b params-BPP_Sept3-min36.txt

and got

Traceback (most recent call last):

Any advice?

Nevermind, found isaac's post here!topic/pyrad-users/GswQbos-blU and did 'pip install jupyter' which fixed it. 'conda install jupyter' did not.
