Hi folks - I can see this has been an issue for others, but I can't see the solution. When using a population assignment file, I get this error: ```
Step 7: Filter and write output files for 120 Samples
[####################] 100% filtering loci | 0:05:48

Encountered an error (see details in ./ipyrad_log.txt)
Error summary is below -------------------------------
error in filter_stacks on chunk 0: IndexError(index 120 is out of bounds for axis 1 with size 120)

Hi @eaton-lab, @isaacovercast, I got this problem when I run the tutorial of the Finches using jupyternote on a remote hpc. Could you please tell me how I should do to solve it? Thank you.
