@jenarch Hm, yeah, it looks like the s3 stats aren't getting updated when the clust threshold is updated and step 3 is re-run. That's unusual, i'll have to look into it, but i'm travelling right now so I might not get a chance for a week or two.
@jenarch Actually, I spoke too soon. The s3 stats are accurate and are updated properly, I was mistaken earlier.
If the stats are the same this just means that the clusters aren't changing as you change the clust_threshold across these values. This is totally within the range of normality. If you set the clust_threshold to some super crazy value like 0.999 or 0.4, then you'll see these values change enough to be noticable. At reasonable values of the clustering threshold the avg depths shouldn't change much.
