    In DEXON v1, each node has its own chain. In v2, N is independent to number of nodes. In both version, N is a parameter that is defined in the Governance contract and can be updated if community vote for it.
    The notarySet is selected like algorand’s VRF. The notarySet is selected from the node set.

    DEXON believe a successful project has two important factor.

    1. Project Technical fundamental
    2. Community feedback/contribution

    As the community grows,
    DEXON wants to speed up the process of having feedback and improve.
    At the same time, DEXON wants to grow with community together.

    Therefore, DEXON is working on a place where anyone can make a wish.
    The “making-a-wish” contains three things.

    1. A place to make wishes
    2. A place to show the progress wishes becoming reality
    3. List of wishes that turn into reality(by whom/reward and other details)
