    Hi @adriel123789_gitlab, do you receivce the email when you upload through the form on the website? did you check your spam email folder?
    Adriel
    @adriel123789_gitlab

    @GregOriol
    Could you open a ticket through the dashboard? support will be able to check our logs if we receive some feedback for your email delivery, could be that your MX doesn't accept emails from our servers

    Hi all. Is there any advice for the error on iOS 15 "Unable to Install - This app cannot be installed because it's integrity could not be verified." ?
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    Hi, one good reason for this error could be that you are using an old provisioning profile: they actually have versions, and iOS 15 could require a newer one; the best thing to try is to get a renewed mobileprovision file from your Apple developer portal, and rebuild your app with it
    Robert Tolton
    @roberttolton
    Ok thanks!
    Although it seems in order to create a new Provisioning Profile in the Apple Developer Portal, I need to specify the devices that will be used for it..?
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    Yes
    But your app must already have one, you just have to renew it
    Robert Tolton
    @roberttolton
    Does that device specification list hinder the ability for my team to visit the Diawi URL and install it on their own devices (that aren't listed in the profile)?
    It doesn't have one already, I started from an XCode template and left most of it on automatic
    Robert Tolton
    @roberttolton
    The automatic provisioning profile was called "iOS Team Ad Hoc Provisioning Profile: com.removed.removed"
    Robert Tolton
    @roberttolton
    Perhaps I'm misunderstanding something important
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    I seems that you are missing the basic rule for app installation on iOS devices :qh
    :-)
    The automatic profile will work for your device that is connected to your mac, it's UDID will be automatically added to it and the file will be automatically generated
    But for other devices, you need to register them on the portal to be able to install the app
    (at least for a development profile, but I'll let you check the documentation available online about other variants like in-house profiles)

    Hi everyone, are there any ways to upload .APK and .IAP automatically? We're using TeamCity as CI and I want to automize the upload process too.
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    Hi! Diawi as APIs that you can implement as http requests, with curl or any technology you like: check the Docs section of your dashboard (when you have an account)
    There are also existing implementations for some tools and languages provided by some third-party developers
    Aytuğ HAN
    @hanaytug
    Thanks for the info.

    hello all!
    I've uploaded an ios app on Diawi and I could download & install it on my iPhone, I sent the link to a coworker, and unfortunately after the app was download it could not be installed: "This app could not be installed because its integrity could not be verified"
    We both have iOS 15 installed on our iPhone.
    The main difference is that he has an iPhone 13 and I have the XR.
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    Hi, is the other device's UDID in the provisioning profile of your app ?
    If you are building a development app, all devices must be registered (and xcode registers automatically your device if you are building on it)
    Benoit Pingris
    @bpingris
    ah, I don't think so, you mean that for each device to be able to install the app, they need to be register somewhere? :/
    In my case it will be an in-house app (around 10-15 people), so I can't just build the app and distribute it via diawi :( ?
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    for in-house apps, you can use an Apple Enterprise account, and then sign without registering devices
    Benoit Pingris
    @bpingris
    hmm ok, will dig this up, thanks!
    Benoit Pingris
    @bpingris
    arf unfortunately I have a developer account, but, the majority of our users will have an Android and I believe last week I was able to download the application from an android to test the app without any issue (no need to register any device ID somewhere).
    is that indeed the case 😁 ?
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    the Android platform doesn't have any restrictions on apps you can install; Apple is much more protective on that
    Benoit Pingris
    @bpingris
    thanks for the confirmation and your help!

    hello team,
    I face a problem when I try to install my app from diawi link but by test flight its work perfectly
    , the dialogue show :
    " This app can't be installed because its integrity could not be verified "
    and I don't know what to do :(,
    I registered my device as a trusted device in "Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles" in apple developer also.
    could you help?
    device: iPhone 13 pro - the latest version of iOS 15
    device UUID start with 000081... so its not fake also.
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    Hi! Does your UDID appear on the apps installation page on diawi? (in the list of provisioned devices) if not, you could try to drag&drop the provisioning profile into xcode and build the app again, and if it does, you could try to get a new provisioning profile from your Apple portal because it is possible that this error comes from an old file format
    sally4
    @sally4:matrix.org

    @GregOriol: thank you, where can I find out the list of provisioned devices ?
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    You can see them on the dashboard if you uploaded the app with a diawi account, unfold the app by hovering your cursor over the app in the list and click on the little bar that appears, then in the "provisioned devices" tab, or directly on the installation page, there is a "provisioned devices" item that you can click and unfold to see the list
    sally4
    @sally4:matrix.org
    [m]
    Thank you, I can see the list now, and I found that the device is not on list of provisioned devices, and I searched how I can add a provision profile to a new team member device, but the ways are to add a device in my hands, but I want to send it to another member of the team that does not have an Xcode.. can you help me ?
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    you can retrieve the udid of through our webapp or with a computer
    sally4
    @sally4:matrix.org
    [m]
    and then?
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    you have to get a new mobileprovision file from your Apple portal, then drag&drop it into xcode, then build the app and send it through diawi
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    drag&drop onto the icon, so that xcode takes the file in its internal store of provisioning profiles
    sally4
    @sally4:matrix.org
    [m]
    Nice ! I will try this now.
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    it is something that is quite complex due to Apple's rules and tools but once you do it, it's easy
    you could try to get in touch with a freelance iOS app developer to work with you on those things
    sally4
    @sally4:matrix.org
    [m]
    And yes, I might have to get in touch with a freelance iOS app developer to help me,
    But I thank you very much for your help and contribution, congratulations to your team :)
