    hi, my App refuse to install on my own Ipad
    How can I upload /dowload the provisionning profile associated to my App?
    I am new to diawi...
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    Hi
    The provisioning profile will be build into your app by xcode, so you don’t need to upload it, or download it, in any way
    Just build your app with xcode, configure your project to sign the app with your profile, and then upload the .zip(.app) or the .ipa to Diawi

    Hi Greg. Thanks for your concern.
    I am not developping my App under Mac+IOS, but Under Windows 10= Marmalade SDK...
    I will check if my .IPA has been build with an imbedded -provisionning-profile option... I will recontact you after that .

    Hey guys. I have build an .apk file using cordova. However, diawi gives me version code error while processing
    What can I do?
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    Hi @paul-thomas0, what is the exact error Diawi gives you?
    Muhammad Y.
    @yakubbaev
    Hello
    Is it possible to install Apple Watch App with diawi?
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    Hi!
    Yes, you should be able to
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    @yakubbaev could you open a ticket through the dashboard ?
    @yakubbaev also on the ticket add a link to your app that has the issue, so that the team can reproduce and check
    Muhammad Y.
    @yakubbaev
    Sure
    I'll upload new build, create a ticket and add a link to it

    @metajim
    were you ever able to make it work from an IPA created with Xamarin?
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    @metajim if the ipa is valid, it will work

    Hi. I've built my ipa and verified that there are /10+n/ valid UDIDs listed in embedded.mobileprovision. When I come to download the app through Diawi, I see that the number of UDIDs is always stripped back to 10. I'm on a free account - is that why?
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    Hi, did you check that xcode uses your new mobileprovision? by unzipping the ipa for example? Diawi does not alter your files in any way, it is not possible that the number of udids change on our side, it would break the ipa
    Lee Fuller
    @fullerlee_twitter
    Thanks, that's good to know that Diawi doesnt (or can't!) do any filtering. I don't quite know what was going on, but I do see them now. I guess I must have messed up the provisioning somewhere. I see all 10+n devices listed now.

    Hi. I'm new to diawi. I'm looking at the prices and it says 2,99Euros for starter pack. So is it Two.Nine Nine or Two Hundred and Ninety Nine? Can anyone help me please?

    Hi, I have just upload an IOS .ipa file into diawi, but I can't install it. all my iphone can't install, it alway show popup: "app can not download at this time". Please help me. I saw all information about provision and certicicate is correct.
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    Hi @randauto, check the Knowledge base on the website : you'll find things to check, and how to get detailed logs using xcode; Apple sadly doesn't provide explicit error messages in the error popup, so it's the only way to find the exact problem

    @randauto
    Thanks @GregOriol for your reply, could you help me check this link bellow?
    https://i.diawi.com/JQ8yq1
    I can't install it.
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    @randauto Well, your link information says "provisioning type: App Store" which means this is an App Store app and not a development/in-house signed app
    You can't install App Store signed apps using Diawi, our tools only helps in installing Development or In-house signed apps

    @GregOriol oop... Thank you very much! I mistake.

    Hi
    hope you all are fine
    I'm getting this error while uploading my .apk file on diawi for my testers
    An error occurred:
    4001504: Invalid .apk file: couldn't retrieve the signature, the app must be signed to be able to install it on a device
    does anyone have any idea how to fix this, I was working fine yesterday.
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    Hi @atifgulzar_gitlab! Thanks for your message. We have an issue with APKs right now and are investigating. Stay tuned!
    Atif
    @atifgulzar_gitlab
    Oh, Thanks for informing me, I was about to kill my self on behalf of this issue
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    It should work again now.
    :-)
    Atif
    @atifgulzar_gitlab
    Yep, Thanks. @GregOriol
    I have a suggestion if there is any error or some service down, Diawi should show any alert of something at the top of the site. Thanks
    Greg ORIOL
    @GregOriol
    Usually we post on twitter.
    But this one was not seen fast enough, and has been fixed as soon as detected
    We'll enhance the monitoring on this!

    @atifgulzar_gitlab
    Okay Perfect, Happy to hear that. Thanks
