@yakubbaev could you open a ticket through the dashboard ?
@yakubbaev also on the ticket add a link to your app that has the issue, so that the team can reproduce and check
I'll upload new build, create a ticket and add a link to it
were you ever able to make it work from an IPA created with Xamarin?
@metajim if the ipa is valid, it will work
Hi. I've built my ipa and verified that there are /10+n/ valid UDIDs listed in embedded.mobileprovision. When I come to download the app through Diawi, I see that the number of UDIDs is always stripped back to 10. I'm on a free account - is that why?
Hi, did you check that xcode uses your new mobileprovision? by unzipping the ipa for example? Diawi does not alter your files in any way, it is not possible that the number of udids change on our side, it would break the ipa
Thanks, that's good to know that Diawi doesnt (or can't!) do any filtering. I don't quite know what was going on, but I do see them now. I guess I must have messed up the provisioning somewhere. I see all 10+n devices listed now.
Great news :-)
Hi. I'm new to diawi. I'm looking at the prices and it says 2,99Euros for starter pack. So is it Two.Nine Nine or Two Hundred and Ninety Nine? Can anyone help me please?
Hi! It's 2 euros and 99 cents
Thank you Greg

Hi, I have just upload an IOS .ipa file into diawi, but I can't install it. all my iphone can't install, it alway show popup: "app can not download at this time". Please help me. I saw all information about provision and certicicate is correct.
Hi @randauto, check the Knowledge base on the website : you'll find things to check, and how to get detailed logs using xcode; Apple sadly doesn't provide explicit error messages in the error popup, so it's the only way to find the exact problem
