Hi all. I was wondering if anyone has any experience using Channels (https://channels.readthedocs.io/en/stable/index.html) for Django to control web sockets? I'm attempting to use it as a learning process. Initially I want to build some infinite scroll/endless pagination views with it, but I'm having a hard time getting my head around the docs. I can't seem to find any examples of channels being used for this (but have found a different project which offers a solution: https://django-endless-pagination.readthedocs.io/en/latest/). So, questions: anyone have any experience of Channels? What example would be best to use from the examples GitHub repository for what I'm trying to do? What else should I read up on? or, could anyone give me a rough outline of what to do?

No idea; I presumed I was told to look at it due to being easier than tornado for a beginner with web sockets.
